The Sign Out Book
The Sign Out book is for swimmers swimming/not swimming in a particular meet. If your swimmer will not be swimming a meet/time trials, you must sign him/her out using the sign out book at the pool so the schedulers know to remove your child from all swimming events.
However, the sign out book DOES NOT apply to volunteer assignments. If you have schedule changes, and you are already scheduled to work the meet, you must make arrangements for your replacement.
