The mighty Ulmstead Ducks are back in the water and ready for another winning season.
Families are not required to donate food this year but it is important to check the website and/or bulletin board for your volunteer assignments for each meet. We cannot run a swim meet without the help of many hands. You must be considerate and find a replacement for that position if you cannot work at your scheduled time. One thing to remember that would make the meets move faster and be less hectic for our Lane Organizer/ kidfinder is:
Parents… please sign out your children from a meet if they are not going to attend and note if they are going to leave early/ arrive late!!
If you need to leave early and have not signed out previously at least tell the Lane Organizer so they can scratch your child from their remaining events and do not have to waste time searching for someone who is not there. I appreciate everyone’s time and thank you again for how great everyone has been in past years.
The team still needs a Director/co-director, and treasurer; the time commitment is not too bad and you are free at meets to watch your child swim. Also an IT person is needed.
